The article analyzes the role of open access to scientific information in ensuring constitutional rights in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to determine the legal and institutional mechanisms for the development of open science. It emphasizes that open access promotes transparency, equal opportunities for researchers, and public trust in science. The results highlight the need to improve legal regulation, develop digital repositories, and expand the culture of open science as an essential factor for innovation and democratic progress.
