The conceptual changes regarding the application of open science principles to humanities research are interpreted. A vision is proposed for applying open science principles to humanities research, based on the context of research data management for the MSCA4Ukrain project on Ukrainian memorial museums. A perspective is outlined for the future integration of the project data with other datasets in the field of cultural heritage.
