Publication Policy
The publication supports the global "diamond" open access and open science movement. Approved materials are published without APC charges to authors, and all content is freely available to readers immediately upon publication. We apply open peer review protocols, transparency of editorial processes, and uphold high standards of academic integrity. All materials are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, which permits others to distribute, adapt, and build upon the work, provided that proper attribution is given.
Authors' rights: Authors retain full copyright without restrictions.
Depositing: Authors are permitted and encouraged to post preprints and postprints of their work in institutional repositories or on dedicated platforms.
We support the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable): together with the manuscript, authors are required (where possible) to provide access to the underlying research data on which the conclusions are based. Data should be deposited in open repositories (e.g., the National Repository of Research Data of Ukraine, Zenodo, Figshare, etc.) with a reference to them in the article text via DOI.
Each article is assigned a unique DOI.
PUBLICATION ETHICS
The conference proceedings adhere to international standards of publication ethics. Ethical responsibilities apply to all parties involved in the publication process: authors, reviewers, and editors.
I. Responsibilities of Authors
- Originality requirements: Authors guarantee that the submitted manuscript is the result of their own research. The use of excerpts from third-party works or the authors' own previous publications is permitted only with proper citation and referencing. Any form of plagiarism is unacceptable.
- Prohibition of duplicate submission: Submitting a manuscript that has already been published or is simultaneously under consideration at other journals or conference proceedings is considered unethical conduct and constitutes grounds for rejection.
- Data accuracy and transparency: Research conclusions must be based on objective facts and accurate calculations. Authors are obliged to retain the source data and be prepared to provide access to it upon request by the editorial board for the purpose of verifying results.
- Correction of significant errors: Should significant inaccuracies be identified in a manuscript either during review or after publication, the author must promptly notify the editorial board so that appropriate corrections or retraction can be made.
- Compliance with copyright and conflicts of interest: Authorship should be limited to those who have made a substantial intellectual contribution. All authors are required to declare any financial or personal conflicts of interest that may affect the objectivity of the research.
II. Responsibilities of Reviewers
- Expert contribution: Peer review is a key instrument for editorial decision-making and for improving the quality of scientific materials. A reviewer is obliged to inform the editorial board of any circumstances that would impede publication.
- Competence and timeliness: A reviewer who does not consider themselves a specialist in the relevant field, or who is unable to provide a timely review, must immediately notify the editorial board and decline the assignment.
- Confidentiality and non-disclosure: The contents of a manuscript constitute confidential information. Reviewers are prohibited from discussing manuscripts with third parties or from using unpublished ideas from authors for their own purposes.
- Objectivity of evaluation: Review is conducted on the basis of impartiality. Assessment is based solely on the scientific content of the work, regardless of the social, racial, religious, or political characteristics of the authors. Criticism must be reasoned and professionally grounded.
III. Responsibilities of Editors
- Equality and academic freedom: The editorial board ensures equal treatment of all authors, evaluating submissions solely on the basis of scientific merit and relevance.
- Confidentiality: The editorial board guarantees that information about submitted manuscripts will not be disclosed to persons not directly involved in the review and publication process.
- Combating misconduct: The editorial board takes measures to detect plagiarism and other violations of academic integrity. The publication conducts cross-checking for plagiarism and AI-generated text. Upon confirmation of unethical conduct, the editorial board reserves the right to reject a manuscript or retract an already published article.
- Editorial decision and appeal: The final publication decision is made by the editor-in-chief based on the conclusions of the reviewers.
