У 2025 році Державне підприємство «Український інститут науково-технічної та економічної інформації» (УкрІНТЕІ) провів анкетне опитування серед провідних науковців та фахівців України, метою якого стало глибоке вивчення стану, проблем та перспектив розвитку системи наукової й науково-технічної експертизи. До дослідження долучилися 93 респонденти — представники понад 10 галузей знань, доктори й кандидати наук провідних університетів та науково-дослідних установ по всій Україні. Результати опитування розкривають картину із сильними та слабкими сторонами, виявляють головні больові точки та визначають шляхи трансформації наукової експертизи в умовах воєнного стану та євроінтеграційних прагнень держави.
